- For return as well as exchange, please initiate the process from your Order Panel or write to email@example.com within 3 days of purchase.
- Customers can request for pick up of the product which shall be subject to the availability of the services at their respective areas.
- For shipped merchandise, the returns may be for the cost of merchandise, the cost of shipping may not be refunded depending on the reason of return.
- For successful return and exchange, purchased product must be in the same condition as it has been received, i.e., unwashed, not damaged, unworn, etc and with all all hand-tags, labels, marks intact on the product.
- Exchange shall be subject to the availability of the product and on the price displayed at the time of exchange request of the product. If the product cost extra then the customer shall pay the difference of amount in order for successful return and exchange of the product.
- Full refunds and Shipping Cost will be given if the goods received are a) Defective Goods, b) Misprinted Goods and c) Damaged goods while shipping. If the product falls under these 3 categories, contact us at our given email within 3 days of receipt of the product. It will take 15 business days in order to process any qualifying exchange or return.
